What’s new on Sociale

1. Go to My account → My wall and write something: a thought, something that happened in the room, a photo.
2. One post a day. The staff checks it: interesting posts are approved, spam, ads and anything against the rules are not.
3. When it is approved you get a notification, the post appears in the Wall tab of your profile and you get +10 XP with an active Sociale Card.
4. Not approved? The notification tells you why, and you can try again the same day.

Your wall follows your profile privacy: if your profile is private, only the people you accept see it.

1. You can write only to friends: members you follow who follow you back. If you are not friends yet, the site tells you what is missing.
2. Press Message on a friend’s profile, or open Messages (the envelope at the top) and choose New.
3. The number on the envelope shows your unread messages; you also see when your friend has read yours.
4. Messages are stored encrypted and the staff does not read them. Something wrong? Press Report under the message.

If someone bothers you, block them from the menu on their profile: they can no longer write to you.

1. Open Help & support (in the footer, in the menu or in My account).
2. Choose the topic: XP request or transfer, Sociale Card, Super Powers, events and prizes, account, report, something else.
3. Write your request: only you and the staff can read it.
4. You get a notification when the staff answers, and you can reply in the same conversation until your problem is solved.

The staff will never ask for your xat password.

1. Open a member’s profile (click their name in comments, the staff page or the leaderboards).
2. Press Follow. If their profile is private, a request is sent: you see it once they accept.
3. On your profile you can see your followers and who you follow.
4. In My account → Overview, “From people you follow” shows what they do: events, badges, achievements.

Someone asked to follow you? Accept or refuse in My account → Privacy.

1. Open the profile of the member you want and press Respect.
2. One Respect a day for everyone: it resets at midnight, Italian time.
3. The member gets a notification, and the total shows on their profile.
4. The most respected members appear on the Respect leaderboard on the Sociale Card page.

Respect gives no XP, so nobody can use it to farm points. Receive 25 to unlock the “Respected” achievement.

1. A number on the bell tells you how many new notifications you have.
2. You are told about new followers and requests, Respect, replies and likes on your comments, approved comments, badges, achievements and your Sociale Card.
3. Events you follow or joined remind you when they start within an hour.
4. The Notifications page keeps the full list.

1. Examples: complete your profile, check in several days in a row, take part in events, get comments approved, invite friends, receive Respect.
2. You find them, with your progress, in My account → Overview.
3. Unlocked achievements show on your public profile.
4. Every achievement can open new looks for your profile (see below).

1. Title under your name: for example “Welcome aboard”, or the name of an achievement you unlocked.
2. Name colour: blue and green right away, then purple, pink, orange, gold and an animated rainbow. Your colour shows on your profile and in comments.
3. Sociale Card design: Midnight, Neon, Aurora and Holographic.
4. Animated covers for the top of your profile: Nebula and Waves.
5. Showcase: up to 3 badges or achievements pinned at the top of your profile, plus your favourite event.

Locked items show a lock and what you need to do to open them.

1. At the top: followers, following, Respect, achievements, day streak and your Sociale Card level.
2. Your showcase and favourite event right below.
3. Sections: About, Activity, Badges & achievements, Events.
4. Add your birthday in the profile: on the day you get a bonus of XP and a birthday badge.

1. Profile visible to everyone, only to Sociale members, or private (only people you accept).
2. Choose one by one what others see: country, languages, badges, stats, events, followers, last seen.
3. Block a member from the menu on their profile: they can no longer see you or interact with you.

1. Two-step verification: a code from an app like Google Authenticator every time you log in.
2. Active sessions: see where you are logged in and log out of devices you don’t use.
3. Login history: the last accesses to your account.
4. Email & consents: choose which emails you want. My data: download a copy of your data or delete your account.
