Every week the 3 most active members of the Sociale staff win a prize in xats. Talking and moderating in the chat counts, and so does the work on the site. Keeping the chat open does not.
Real activity, a real prize.
Be in the chat, for real
Talk, welcome people, answer questions. A 5-minute block counts only if you wrote or did something in it: keeping the chat open is not enough.
Moderate with care
Kicks, gags and bans done well protect the room. A ban removed a few minutes later does not count.
Work on the site
Posts in the feed, comments, support requests, votes on applications and sticker packs, articles, events and work in the panel.
Win on Monday
Every Monday the 3 most active members of the staff win the prize in xats and the Staff of the week badge. The podium is announced in the Sociale Team group.
