Freedom to chat in any language, respect for everyone — staff included — and fair, transparent moderation. That’s it.

What we ask of everyone.
1. Freedom of Speech
Feel free to chat and express yourself. All languages are allowed.
2. Mutual Respect
Personal insults, excessively vulgar language, constant provocation, or harassment will not be tolerated. Users causing serious problems may be sanctioned with a ban.
3. Respect for the Staff
All staff members must be treated with respect. Disrespect or undermining staff may result in a ban.
4. Transparency
Bans longer than 10 hours must be accompanied by screenshot evidence. 1-hour bans are exempt.
5. Staff Impartiality
Banning for personal reasons is strictly prohibited. Punishments must be fair and impartial.
6. Anti-Spam
Users who spam the chat with emojis or multiple consecutive messages will receive a permanent XP ban.
During events
Each event can add its own rules — for example the strike system of Chat & Win (no XP, then kick, then a 6-hour ban). One account per person: multiple accounts in an event lead to exclusion and cancelled rewards.
Your safety, your choice.
Never share passwords, your address or financial details. Never use your xat password on other websites — mysociale.net included. If someone makes you uncomfortable, stop replying and tell a staff member. You also agree to xat’s own terms when you use the platform.
