Meet Rocket Launch
Ten, nine, eight... and that is about as far as Rocket Launch gets. The countdown is supposed to start at ten, but the card admits it launches at three because it got bored of waiting. Patience was never part of the design. Engines on, fins wobbling, it is already halfway up before mission control finishes the sentence.
'3... 2... I'm already gone!' Its type is Speed, which feels almost unnecessary to say, and its special ability is Lift-off: it leaves any conversation at supersonic speed. We all know someone like that in the chat. They arrive, they say one thing, and then there is just a small trail of smoke where their name used to be.
How to get Rocket Launch
Rocket Launch takes off from three pads. In the Sociale chat, type !catch the moment it drops and enter the private code within 5 minutes. On mysociale.net/album, press Catch it. Or open your packs: one every 15 minutes of active time, up to 4 a day, plus 1 per daily visit. Open each within 10 minutes.
Stats, rarity and swaps
Rocket Launch is the sprinter of the commons: speed 75, the best of the six and second in the whole series only to Lightning at 85. Its attack of 55 is also the top common value. The price is defence 25, the lowest of all twelve Sociale Classics, with HP 40. On the card it is all engine and no armour. Duplicates come often, and they pair nicely with Shooting Star in a speedy swap offer.
Questions about Rocket Launch
Is Rocket Launch the fastest sticker in Sociale Classics?
It is the fastest common, with speed 75, but not the fastest of the series. That title goes to Lightning, a rare with speed 85. Rocket Launch comes second overall, ahead of Shooting Star and The Planet at 70. Its stats are printed on the card and describe its restless personality.
Why is Rocket Launch's defence so low?
Defence 25 is the lowest in Sociale Classics, and it fits a rocket that leaves before the countdown ends: no time for armour. The card balances it with attack 55, the highest of the commons, and speed 75. Stats in Mew Pop are part of the card's character; they are not used in battles.
What does Lift-off mean on the card?
Lift-off is Rocket Launch's special ability: it leaves any conversation at supersonic speed. It is a joke about members who pop into the chat, drop one line and vanish. Like every Mew Pop ability, it is printed on the card next to the Speed type and the four stats.
