Meet Guardian
Every good room has someone at the door, and in Sociale it is Guardian. The card says it guards the entrance day and night and has never taken a coffee break, not once. Arms crossed, eyes on the list, it is the reason the chat feels like home instead of a busy train station.
Spammers, consider yourselves warned: 'Your name's not on the list? Neither is your spam.' Guardian's type is Shield, and its special ability is Bouncer Mode, summed up in four words: spammers shall not pass. It is not unfriendly, just very serious about its job. Regulars get a nod. Bots selling things get shown the door.
How to get Guardian
Guardian lets you in through three doors. In the Sociale chat, type !catch when it drops and type the private code from MewBots within 5 minutes. On mysociale.net/album, press Catch it. Or open your packs, earned with active time on the site, daily visits and the bonus for 7 days in a row.
Stats, rarity and swaps
Guardian is the wall of the series: defence 85, second only to The Planet's 95, and HP 80, tied with Champion Cup behind The Planet's 98. Attack 50 is modest, and speed 35 is tied with Gift Box as the lowest of all twelve. Next to Lightning, which is all speed, Guardian is all stance. Collectors who like a solid trio of rares keep it close, and a duplicate is welcome in any swap for a missing rare.
Questions about Guardian
Does Guardian have the best defence in Sociale Classics?
Almost. Guardian's defence is 85, the highest among the rares and the epics, but The Planet, the legendary, has 95. Diamond and The Crown follow at 80. Guardian also carries HP 80, tied with Champion Cup. The stats are printed on its card and describe a character built to stay put.
What is Bouncer Mode?
Bouncer Mode is Guardian's special ability: spammers shall not pass. It is a nod to the room's ongoing fight against spam, and it matches the quote about names that are not on the list. Like every Mew Pop ability it lives on the card with the Shield type and stats; it does not moderate the real chat.
Why is Guardian so slow?
Speed 35 is the lowest value in Sociale Classics, shared with Gift Box. It fits a guard who never leaves the door: Guardian does not need to run anywhere, it just needs to stay. The card puts its strength elsewhere, in defence 85 and HP 80, the profile of a sticker that holds its ground.
