4. Apply from Join the team. The role and its badge arrive automatically when you are accepted.

1. It counts for all the staff: the website staff and the chat staff.
2. Activity on the site and in the chat both count. You need at least 10 points in the week.
3. The xats are sent every Sunday.
4. Link your xat account in Settings, xat, to receive them.

1. Open the staff page: the Top 5 badge shows the position of each one.
2. On Monday morning you still see the Top 5 of last week, until the new week gets partecipano.

2. Edit profile and Customize page open a side panel with all the options.
3. Write a post right from your profile. With the menu of a post you can edit, delete, pin it or change who sees it.
4. Mostra or hide guestbook messages from your page.
5. Visitors see your changes at once, without reloading.

Your settings (privacy, security, notifications) are now all in Settings.

1. Choose a photo in a private chat or a staff group: it opens full screen.
2. Crop and rotate it, draw with colours, change brightness and contrast, and write a caption.
3. Tap the stopwatch to make it disappear after some seconds, or to show it only once.
4. One button opens emoji, Sociale emojis, stickers and GIFs in one panel, with search.

3. Approved: 1,000 XP for you, and 10 XP every time someone installs it.
4. Install packs made by altri members from any sticker you see, and manage them in My stickers.
5. Packs can also be added to Telegram and WhatsApp.

2. Tocca il pulsante sotto un post per dare uno Stellar. Toccalo di nuovo per toglierlo.
3. Per scegliere un’altra reazione, tieni premuto il pulsante (sul computer, tieni il mouse sopra) e scegline una. Puoi cambiarla quando vuoi: una reazione a persona per post.
4. Sotto il post vedi le reazioni più usate e il totale: toccale per vedere chi ha reagito, con una scheda per ogni reazione.
5. L'autore riceve una notifica per ogni reazione tranne Nope.

1. Nel feed, sotto il testo, usa Foto, Video o File, oppure trascina i file nel riquadro.
2. Fino a 6 foto in un post (12 MB ciascuna): se sono più di una diventano un carosello, scorri o usa le frecce.
3. Un video (MP4, WebM o MOV, fino a 60 MB) e fino a 3 documenti (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, testo o ZIP, fino a 15 MB ciascuno).
4. Ogni file viene controllato dal nostro antivirus prima di essere salvato: un file pericoloso viene rifiutato e non raggiunge mai nessuno. Il tipo viene verificato dal file stesso, non dal nome.
5. I documenti possono essere scaricati solo da chi può vedere il post e vengono sempre salvati come file, mai aperti nel browser.
6. XP per i tuoi primi 3 post approvati del giorno. Puoi pubblicarne altri, senza XP.

Un post può anche essere solo foto, senza testo.

1. Apri Il mio account, Profilo, poi la scheda Widget della chat. Il tuo account xat deve essere collegato al sito.
2. Badge accanto al tuo nome: livello, in chat ora, serie, grado nella stanza, Super Powers, top della settimana.
3. Card: anello del livello, la tua settimana in chat, vetrina dei Super Powers, traguardi, le ore in cui di solito sei in chat e il tuo passaporto della chat (puoi anche scaricarlo come immagine).
4. Attiva solo quelli che vuoi e scegli chi vede ciascuno. Le modifiche si salvano da sole e vedi un'anteprima dal vivo.

È tutto disattivato finché non lo attivi.

1. Tocca il pulsante sole/luna in alto nella pagina (sul telefono lo trovi nel menu).
2. Scegli Chiaro, Scuro o Automatico: Automatico segue l'impostazione del tuo telefono o computer.
3. La tua scelta viene ricordata su quel dispositivo.

1. Premi Modalità chat in cima alla pagina: il sito si sposta a sinistra e la chat di Sociale resta a destra.
2. Apri qualsiasi pagina, il feed, gli eventi o la tua card: la chat resta lì e tu resti connesso.
3. Trascina il bordo della chat per allargarla o restringerla: la dimensione viene ricordata.
4. Chiudi la modalità Chat per tornare al sito normale.

1. Quando hai fatto l'accesso, la home mostra i membri che sono contemporaneamente nella chat di Sociale e sul sito.
2. Vengono mostrati solo i membri con il profilo visibile che consentono il pallino “in chat ora”. Puoi disattivarlo in Il mio account, Privacy.

1. Sociale Arena: turn-based duels with Super Powers cards. Play for fun, or with XP at stake.
2. Challenges arrive as a message with Accept and play, Open and Decline buttons.
3. XP Duel and Wheel of fortune use your real xat XP: you can win XP, and you can lose them.
4. Before a challenge with XP the site checks that both players have the XP and are within the daily limit.

On average the wheel gives back a little less than you put in. Play for fun.

1. Open Help & support and search: many answers are already there.
2. Not found? Choose the topic and follow the guided form. You can add private evidence, like a screenshot.
3. You see who is taking care of your request and how it is partecipano.
4. When it is solved, rate the help you got.

1. Open Ideas and follow the guided form: events, games, the site, the room or anything else.
2. Other members vote the ideas they like.
3. The staff reads every idea and tells you what they decided.
4. Good ideas get a reward.

1. Open your profile look settings and try the new options: animated background, name font, photo effects and box styles.
2. Add a photo gallery, a “now” status, a welcome card and a trophy shelf.
3. Free seasonal templates: 3 for autumn and 3 for Halloween, with decorations you can adjust.
4. Your avatar can wear one of the new photo frames.

1. In the Sociale chat write !gioca followed by the code of the game.
2. The bot sends you a link: the game opens on the site.
3. The first time, your account is linked to the games for you.
4. Your best scores go in the leaderboards.

1. Open the chat on the site while you are logged in: your time in the room gives XP.
2. Happy hour: at some times the hour in the chat is worth double or triple, with extra coins.
3. Surprise: a gift box can appear while the chat is open. Take it within 60 seconds.
4. Obiettivo di gruppo of the day: the hours of the whole community add up. If we reach the goal by midnight, everyone who took part gets coins.

1. Sondaggio: vota e guarda i risultati; chiunque voti riceve la ricompensa.
2. Quiz: scegli la risposta giusta per ottenere la ricompensa (a volte la ricevono tutti, è indicato nell'attività).
3. Sfida: scrivi la tua risposta, e una foto se consentito. Lo staff la controlla: quando viene approvata compare sotto la sfida e ricevi il premio.
4. Partecipa: tocca “Ci sto”. Alcune attività hanno posti limitati: sii veloce!
5. La ricompensa è indicata su ogni attività: XP sul tuo account xat (con una Sociale Card attiva) e lo stesso numero di monete, a volte monete extra.

Attiva la campanella: lo staff può mandarti una notifica quando inizia una nuova attività.

1. Apri Feed nel menu. La scheda Amici mostra i post delle persone che segui; la scheda Tutti mostra tutti i post che puoi vedere.
2. Scrivi in cima al feed: testo e, se vuoi, foto, un video o documenti. Scegli chi può vederlo: Tutti (anche senza account), Membri (solo chi ha un account) o Amici (membri che segui e che ti seguono). Puoi cambiarlo dopo in Il mio account, Bacheca.
3. Lo staff controlla ogni post e ogni commento. Appaiono, e danno XP, solo dopo l'approvazione; ricevi una notifica in ogni caso.
4. XP per i tuoi primi 3 post approvati del giorno. I commenti danno XP quando vengono approvati, fino a 5 al giorno. Le reazioni non danno XP.
5. Reagisci e commenta sotto un post. L'autore riceve una notifica e può rimuovere i commenti dai propri post.
6. Usa la barra sopra il testo per grassetto, corsivo, barrato ed elenchi, il pulsante della faccina per le emoji e il pulsante delle scintille per le emoji di Sociale. Alcune emoji di Sociale sono bloccate: il selettore ti dice come sbloccarle (tempo su Sociale, un badge o un traguardo).

La privacy del tuo profilo e i tuoi blocchi valgono sempre: un profilo privato non appare mai in Tutti.

1. Apri La mia Sociale Card e scegli la scheda Personalizza.
2. Scegli la tua foto (o tieni la foto del profilo), un'immagine di sfondo, una frase breve per il fronte e un testo più lungo per il retro. Scegli il colore principale, il colore del testo e il font: l'anteprima cambia mentre procedi.
3. Premi Invia per l'approvazione. Lo staff controlla ogni design; riceverai una notifica quando sarà attivo, o un breve motivo se non lo è. Fino ad allora la tua card attuale resta com'è.
4. Il tuo primo design approvato ti dà 50 XP sul tuo account xat (una sola volta, con una Sociale Card attiva).
5. Tocca Retro per girare la carta. Sul retro c'è un codice QR: chi lo scansiona apre il tuo profilo pubblico.
6. La tua card ha un link tutto suo, mysociale.net/c/your-name: condividilo con i pulsanti sotto l'editor. Su WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook e X appare un'immagine della tua card.

Le foto vengono ricodificate senza dati sulla posizione. Puoi rimuovere il tuo design in qualsiasi momento.

1. Ogni azione che dà XP dà anche lo stesso numero di monete: check-in 5, quiz 10, sondaggio 5, tutte le missioni 10, post in bacheca 10, partecipazione a un evento 10…
2. Le monete non hanno un limite giornaliero, a differenza degli XP (il bot di xat accetta dal sito solo un numero fisso di XP al giorno).
3. Ricevi monete anche senza una Sociale Card attiva. Ogni amico che si iscrive con il tuo link di invito ti dà subito 100 monete.
4. Il tuo saldo è sulla tua card, con la cronologia delle monete guadagnate e spese. Hai già delle monete di benvenuto per quello che hai fatto finora.

1. Apri la tua Sociale Card e scegli la scheda Shop.
2. Estrazioni: compra biglietti (più biglietti, più possibilità). Quando l'estrazione si chiude il sito sceglie i vincitori a caso e lo staff consegna il premio, per esempio 1,000 xats.
3. Stili: sblocca subito un tema, uno sfondo, una cornice per la foto, un colore del nome o un design della card, poi sceglilo in Il mio account.
4. Pacchetti XP: 20 o 30 XP reali sul tuo account xat (richiedono una carta attiva e contano nel limite giornaliero).

Ogni settimana parte una nuova estrazione settimanale: torna a comprare i tuoi biglietti.

1. Scrivi sulla tua bacheca ogni giorno (fino a 3 post al giorno, controllati dallo staff).
2. Ogni settimana lo staff sceglie il post migliore: +30 XP, +30 monete e il badge “Post della settimana”.
3. Il post vincitore viene mostrato nella home page del sito, con il tuo nome.

1. Vai su Il mio account → pagina Il mio profilo.
2. Tema della pagina: scegli i colori di tutto il tuo profilo. Classico, Oceano e Tramonto sono gratuiti; Foresta e Caramella si sbloccano con gli obiettivi, Notte Neon e Aurora con il livello della tua Sociale Card.
3. Ogni scelta viene salvata subito: apri il tuo profilo per vederla.
4. Foto, cornice, sfondo predefinito, colore e stile del nome sono sempre in Il mio account → Profilo.

I membri dello staff hanno look esclusivi per il loro grado: un tema, una copertina, una cornice per la foto, un colore del nome e un design della card.

1. Foto di copertina: nella pagina Il mio profilo premi “Carica una foto” e scegli un'immagine larga (1200 pixel o più). Lo staff la controlla e ricevi una notifica quando è online.
2. Motto: una breve frase mostrata sotto il tuo nome.
3. Oggi sono…: scegli il tuo umore (Gaming, Relax, Modalità festa…) e aggiungi qualche parola. Resta sul tuo profilo per 24 ore.

Le foto con nudità, violenza, pubblicità o dati personali di altre persone non vengono approvate.

1. Apri il profilo di un membro, vai alla scheda Guestbook e scrivi il tuo messaggio (uno al giorno per profilo).
2. Decide il proprietario: i nuovi messaggi restano nascosti finché non sceglie Mostra.
3. Dal canto tuo, gestisci i messaggi in Il mio account → La mia pagina profilo → Guestbook: mostra, nascondi o chiudi il tuo guestbook.

1. Amici in primo piano: scegli fino a 8 amici (membri che segui e che ti seguono a loro volta). Appaiono nella colonna laterale del tuo profilo.
2. Post in evidenza: scegli uno dei tuoi post approvati in bacheca; resta in cima alla tua bacheca.
3. Visite: il tuo profilo mostra le “visite di questa settimana”, una per persona al giorno. Puoi nascondere il numero agli altri.

1. Copia il link del tuo profilo (mysociale.net/u/your-name) oppure usa “Copia link del profilo” nel menu con i tre puntini su un profilo.
2. Incollalo su WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord o sui social: appare una card con la tua foto, nome, motto e numeri, nei colori del tuo tema.
3. I profili privati mostrano solo il nome.

1. Apri la tua Sociale Card e scegli la scheda Super Powers: punti, grado, le tue 6 abilità e tutti i 31 badge con il loro livello e quanto manca.
2. Vuoi che li vedano tutti? Attiva “Mostra i miei Super Powers sul mio profilo pubblico”: sul tuo profilo compare una scheda Super Powers con il tuo grado, i badge migliori e la collezione.
3. È disattivato finché non lo attivi.

1. Vai su Il mio account → La mia bacheca e scrivi qualcosa: un pensiero, qualcosa successo nella stanza, una foto.
2. Fino a 3 post al giorno. Lo staff li controlla: i post interessanti vengono approvati, spam, pubblicità e tutto ciò che va contro le regole no.
3. Quando viene approvato ricevi una notifica, il post appare nella scheda Bacheca del tuo profilo e ottieni +10 XP con una Sociale Card attiva.
4. Non approvato? La notifica ti spiega il motivo e puoi riprovare lo stesso giorno.

La tua bacheca segue la privacy del tuo profilo: se il tuo profilo è privato, la vedono solo le persone che accetti.

1. Puoi scrivere solo agli amici: i membri che segui e che ti seguono a loro volta. Se non siete ancora amici, il sito ti dice cosa manca.
2. Premi Messaggio sul profilo di un amico, oppure apri Messaggi (la busta in alto) e scegli Nuovo.
3. Il numero sulla busta mostra i tuoi messaggi non letti; vedi anche quando il tuo amico ha letto i tuoi.
4. I messaggi sono salvati crittografati e lo staff non li legge. Qualcosa non va? Premi Segnala sotto il messaggio.

Se qualcuno ti dà fastidio, bloccalo dal menu sul suo profilo: non potrà più scriverti.

1. Apri Aiuto e supporto (nel footer, nel menu o in Il mio account).
2. Scegli l'argomento: richiesta o trasferimento di XP, Sociale Card, Super Powers, eventi e premi, account, segnalazione, altro.
3. Scrivi la tua richiesta: solo tu e lo staff potete leggerla.
4. Ricevi una notifica quando lo staff risponde e puoi replicare nella stessa conversazione finché il tuo problema non è risolto.

Lo staff non ti chiederà mai la tua password xat.

1. Apri il profilo di un membro (clicca il suo nome nei commenti, nella pagina dello staff o nelle classifiche).
2. Premi Segui. Se il suo profilo è privato, viene inviata una richiesta: lo vedrai quando l'accetta.
3. Sul tuo profilo puoi vedere i tuoi follower e chi segui.
4. In Il mio account → Panoramica, “Dalle persone che segui” mostra cosa fanno: eventi, badge, traguardi.

Qualcuno ha chiesto di seguirti? Accetta o rifiuta in Il mio account → Privacy.

1. Apri il profilo del membro che vuoi e premi Rispetto.
2. Un Rispetto al giorno per tutti: si azzera a mezzanotte, ora italiana.
3. Il membro riceve una notifica e il totale compare sul suo profilo.
4. I membri più rispettati compaiono nella classifica del Rispetto nella pagina della Sociale Card.

Il Rispetto non dà XP, quindi nessuno può usarlo per accumulare punti. Ricevine 25 per sbloccare l'obiettivo “Rispettato”.

1. Un numero sulla campanella ti dice quante nuove notifiche hai.
2. Ricevi avvisi su nuovi follower e richieste, Rispetto, risposte e mi piace ai tuoi commenti, commenti approvati, badge, traguardi e la tua Sociale Card.
3. Gli eventi che segui o a cui partecipi ti avvisano quando iniziano entro un'ora.
4. La pagina Notifiche conserva l'elenco completo.

1. Esempi: completa il profilo, fai il check-in più giorni di fila, partecipa agli eventi, fatti approvare commenti, invita amici, ricevi Rispetto.
2. Li trovi, con i tuoi progressi, in Il mio account → Panoramica.
3. Gli obiettivi sbloccati appaiono sul tuo profilo pubblico.
4. Ogni traguardo può sbloccare nuovi look per il tuo profilo (vedi sotto).

1. Titolo sotto il tuo nome: per esempio “Benvenuto a bordo” o il nome di un traguardo che hai sbloccato.
2. Colore del nome: blu e verde subito, poi viola, rosa, arancione, oro e un arcobaleno animato. Il tuo colore appare sul tuo profilo e nei commenti.
3. Design della Sociale Card: Midnight, Neon, Aurora e Holographic.
4. Copertine animate per la parte alta del tuo profilo: Nebulosa e Onde.
5. Vetrina: fino a 3 badge o obiettivi fissati in cima al tuo profilo, più il tuo evento preferito.

Gli elementi bloccati mostrano un lucchetto e cosa devi fare per sbloccarli.

1. In alto: follower, seguiti, Rispetto, traguardi, serie di giorni e il livello della tua Sociale Card.
2. La tua vetrina e il tuo evento preferito subito sotto.
3. Sezioni: Info, Attività, Badge e traguardi, Eventi.
4. Aggiungi il tuo compleanno nel profilo: quel giorno ricevi un bonus di XP e un badge di compleanno.

1. Profilo visibile a tutti, solo ai membri di Sociale o privato (solo le persone che accetti).
2. Scegli uno per uno cosa vedono gli altri: paese, lingue, badge, statistiche, eventi, follower, ultimo accesso.
3. Blocca un membro dal menu del suo profilo: non potrà più vederti né interagire con te.

1. Verifica in due passaggi: un codice da un'app come Google Authenticator ogni volta che accedi.
2. Sessioni attive: vedi dove hai effettuato l'accesso ed esci dai dispositivi che non usi.
3. Cronologia accessi: gli ultimi accessi al tuo account.
4. Email e consensi: scegli quali email vuoi ricevere. I miei dati: scarica una copia dei tuoi dati o elimina il tuo account.

1. Create a free account with your email in a few seconds.
2. Read the news of the room and take part in the events.
3. The six community rules, the staff page and the FAQ are always one tap away.
4. Your xat name is only a field of your profile.

Lo staff non ti chiederà mai la tua password xat.

1. Open the Sociale Card page and ask for your card with your xat name and ID.
2. The staff checks your request and turns the card on. You get a notification.
3. From then on check-ins, quizzes, polls, posts and events give you XP on your xat account.
4. Rewards unlock as your xat level grows.

The xat bot accepts a set number of XP a day. What does not fit today arrives in the next days.

1. Check in every day: your streak grows and a weekly calendar shows your days.
2. Answer the quiz of the day and vote in the poll.
3. Do all the missions of the day for a bonus, e altri finish the weekly challenge for.
4. Invite a friend with your link: when they complete their profile you get 100 XP.
5. Take part in an event and get XP when the staff marks you as present.

1. Open Events and choose one: you see when it starts, what happens and the prizes.
2. Tap “I’m in!” to take part, or Follow to get a reminder when it starts.
3. Write in the discussion under the event and share it with your friends.
4. Comments are checked by the staff before they appear.
