Meet Party Popper
Someone has to be responsible for the confetti on the floor of the Night Room, and the investigation always ends at the same small suspect. Party Popper is tiny, loud and behind roughly 90% of the room's confetti problem. It does not wait for a reason to celebrate. A new member, a good joke, a Tuesday: it all counts.
Its catchphrase gives the method away: a loud POP, then the question "Is it somebody's birthday?" and the answer, "Doesn't matter!" The type is Confetti and the ability is Confetti Storm, which celebrates absolutely anything, even Mondays. Where Golden Vinyl replays the best moment of the night, Party Popper creates a new one every few minutes, then leaves someone else to sweep up.
How to get Party Popper
Party Popper can be caught in the chat, on the site or in packs. When it drops in the Sociale chat, and rare drops stay a little longer, write !catch and type the code from MewBots within 5 minutes, or tap Catch it on mysociale.net/album. Packs come with active time, daily visits and a 7-day bonus.
Stats, rarity and swaps
Party Popper is built for speed and impact: 75 attack, second only to Disco Ball (80) in the whole series, and 75 speed, behind only Disco Ball and Happy Hour. It pays for that with 55 HP and 40 defence, the lowest pair among the rares and epics. Big Speaker is its exact opposite. Collectors like it as the liveliest rare, and a duplicate listed at 250 xats makes a strong swap offer.
Questions about Party Popper
Is Party Popper the fastest rare of Night Room?
Yes. With 75 speed, Party Popper is the quickest of the three rares, ahead of Golden Vinyl (55) and Big Speaker (40). In the whole series only Disco Ball (90) and Happy Hour (80) are faster. Its 75 attack is also the second highest of Night Room. Stats are part of the card and its personality, not of a game.
What does Confetti Storm do?
Confetti Storm is Party Popper's special ability: it celebrates absolutely anything, even Mondays. It is printed on the card with the Confetti type and the quote about birthdays that do not matter. Like every ability in Mew Pop, it describes the personality of the sticker and does not do anything in the chat.
Is it worth swapping Party Popper?
A spare Party Popper is a good card to trade. It is a rare, only 25% of drops are rares, and MewBots lists it at 250 xats. Propose it in a swap for a sticker you are missing: the other member has 24 hours to answer. Keep one copy, since you need all 12 stickers to hand in Night Room.
