Meet Headphones
Put a pair of headphones on and people assume you are in your own world. That is exactly the trick this sticker plays. Headphones pretends not to hear you, nods along to the bass and looks completely distracted. In reality it hears absolutely everything, every whisper and every bit of gossip typed in the Night Room.
Its excuse is always ready: "Sorry, what? I had the bass on." The type is Sound and the ability is Noise Cancel, which mutes one boring conversation. Only one, so Headphones has to choose carefully. It is the friend who seems absent and then remembers what you said three hours ago, word for word.
How to get Headphones
Headphones comes from all three sources. When it drops in the Sociale chat you can write !catch or tap Catch it on mysociale.net/album; with !catch, enter the code from MewBots within 5 minutes. Packs, earned with active time on the site, a daily visit and a weekly streak, can also contain it.
Stats, rarity and swaps
With 45 HP, 35 attack, 45 defence and 55 speed, Headphones sits right in the middle of the six commons of Night Room. It is quicker than Night Moon and Neon Smile, sturdier than Microphone and On Fire, and never extreme. That balance makes it a neat filler card rather than a trophy. It drops often, so a second copy is a good, low-risk offer when someone needs it to close the series.
Questions about Headphones
What type is Headphones?
Headphones is a Sound type sticker. The type is printed on the card together with the stats and the ability, Noise Cancel. In Night Room each sticker has its own type, so Sound belongs only to Headphones, while Music Notes is Music and Microphone is Voice.
Does Noise Cancel really mute people in the chat?
No. Noise Cancel is the special ability written on the card and describes the character: it mutes one boring conversation, at least in its imagination. Abilities and stats are part of the collectible and its personality. They do not change anything in the chat or in any game.
Should I swap my spare Headphones?
Usually yes. It is a common, so it drops 65% of the time and also comes from packs. Keep one for your album and offer the duplicate in a swap: the other member has 24 hours to answer. You can also gift it to a friend, within the daily limit.
