Some smiles are polite. This one is plugged in. Neon Smile glows in the dark, hums softly like a sign over a late-night bar and keeps smiling through every bad pun the chat can throw at it. It runs on good vibes and 220 volts, and nobody has ever seen it switched off. The glow finish makes the card look lit from inside.
Its quote is half a joke and half a promise: "Smile! The lights are watching." The type is Neon and the ability, Good Vibes Only, turns one frown upside down. One per use, a small repair job.
